What started in a kitchen—just me, a mixer, and a mama who couldn’t eat egg-based ice cream—turned into something much sweeter. I began experimenting with egg-free recipes so my mom could enjoy a scoop without worry. Pretty soon, I was hooked on making new flavors.

Then one day, my local produce guy—who parks his truck right outside—took a bite and asked, “Can I sell this for you?”

The answer was yes.

So I did what any determined cat-loving ice cream maker would do: I kept scooping, sharing, and dreaming anyway. And now? My ice cream is being sold—homemade, egg-free, and full of flavor.
